1. Who operates this site
iTOwow is presented as a concept agency website. The legal entity operating any future live service must be identified before launch. For questions, use the contact page.
2. Information you provide
Forms may request your name, business email, organization, role, goals and messages. The Influence OS may contain professional profile details, audience choices, self-assessments and completed tasks. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data or confidential client information.
3. Browser storage
The Influence OS currently saves your inputs and task progress in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device unless you independently send or export it. Clearing site data removes it. The prototype does not provide account synchronization or a secure server-side vault.
4. Contact requests
Existing contact experiences may open your email client rather than submit to a server. If you choose to send an email, the receiving email provider will process your message. A live form/CRM integration requires a revised notice identifying recipients, hosting, retention and lawful basis.
5. Analytics and cookies
No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are intentionally added by the new Influence OS pages. Other existing pages, external links, hosting providers or future deployments may process technical logs; verify and disclose these before launch. Do not assume this policy covers third-party tools not yet integrated.
6. Purposes and sharing
Information you voluntarily send may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare requested proposals and deliver agreed services. We do not claim to sell personal data. Service providers and disclosures must be documented before production deployment.
7. Security and retention
Browser storage is not suitable for sensitive information. Email records and future CRM records need defined access controls, retention periods and deletion procedures before launch.
8. Your choices
You can edit or clear Influence OS data through your browser's site-data settings. For any information you have emailed, contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion subject to applicable law.
9. International use and children
Before accepting users across jurisdictions, review relevant privacy laws and cross-border transfer requirements. The service is intended for professional adult users, not children.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated as hosting, forms, analytics, integrations and business operations change. The latest date will be shown above.
